There's approximately 40 art galleries that lie along Spring St. in between 4th St. and Olympic Blvd. and the best part of the night?...ALL of the LA gourmet food trucks will be right on Spring and 4th(I'm sucha fatty). Yes I  mean all of them. There's so many options to choose from last time I was so overwhelmed and just had one tofu taco. Tomorrow..It's game on!  I've yet to find the White Rabbit truck that serves all your favorite Filipino dishes gourmet style, but my FAVORITE has got to be ..The Shrimp Guys..

Spicy Garlic Shrimp (above) or the coconut lime!!... Delish...but don't forget to top it off with dessert!! I spy CoolHaus Ice Cream Truck!.. pick your cookies.. pick your ice cream and voila! Destiny awaits.

After all your munching away don't get too caught up and forget about the experience of the art galleries. Most are free and just a few have an entrance fee that's just a few bucks here and there(less than $5), but well worth the experience. Bring cash just in case because you'll find so many handmade arts, crafts, jewelry, you won't be able to resist. Trust (yes even for the boys). If your funds are low that's alright as well because the experience will be a fun filled interesting evening with monsters of crowds along the streets of Downtown. Enjoy and in case you miss this week, you can always come back next month.
